All orders are processed within 5–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If there is any delay due to high demand or stock updates, we’ll notify you immediately by email.

• In rare cases, some items may take up to 21 business days (depending on product demand or your location).

Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons, but we’ll always keep you updated.

📦 Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping on most orders.
• For heavier or oversized items, a small shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

🔍 Order Tracking

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Please allow 2–3 days for tracking details to update after your order has been shipped.

⚠️ Delays & Issues

While we partner with trusted carriers, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues) may occasionally affect delivery times.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
